Digital Project Manager

Digital Project Manager

We are in search of a full-time Digital Project Management person to help manage our growing client base of healthcare and active lifestyle accounts. The Digital A.E. will be the key, day-to-day agency representative to the client and will maintain a highly responsive service orientation in all transactions. They must be knowledgeable in both the client’s business and the agency business, with an emphasis in digital – websites, ppc / paid social, and analytics. Ideal candidates will have at least 3-years agency experience, excellent communication, presentation, and organization skills. Strong strategic writing expertise is needed for writing proposals, marketing plans, and creative briefs. Strong digital and analytical skills are required for managing web projects and communicating marketing initiatives.

Must be familiar with all aspects of project management for both print and digital marketing. Minimum Bachelor’s degree required.

Responsibilities

Lead team to successful execution on various project types including large-scale websites, Lead generation, video production, SEO, SEM and social media
Assess client needs and team challenges proactively to create and enable effective solutions
Oversee project scope and schedule
Effectively communicate client needs to project team
Manage internal resources including designers and developers
Establish marketing KPIs, track and analyze campaign performance, and report on insights and opportunities for optimization
Collaborate with a team of producers and mentor more junior team members
Communicate to executive team overall health of assigned accounts and projects

A compelling online design portfolio
3 years of agency experience in both print and web design

ParkerWhite is seeking an intern who will be a part of a dynamic and cutting-edge team where he or she will assist with a wide variety of Digital and Social Media Marketing tactics and initiatives.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

Conduct research and help develop content and regular posts for ParkerWhite
Upload client’s social media content on scheduling platforms
Community management – respond to comments and direct messages on all social media platforms
Writing blogs for clients and parkerwhite.com
Assist in proofing for grammar and spelling on all public facing copy
Monitor emerging social media tools, trends, and applications
Research trends within each client’s industry
Be a team player – help with whatever is needed

Basic Qualifications:

Currently enrolled in an accredited college, university or trade school majoring in business, marketing, communication or related field. Must be for school credit (and able to supply a letter from sponsor/administrator upon request)
Demonstrated strong verbal and written communication skills
Demonstrated computer proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint
Strong analytical skills
Ability to work independently and in a team environment
Proven self-starter and ability to balance multiple priorities
Strong interest in and passion for Digital Marketing, new technologies, and Social Media
Familiarity and understanding of the internet, search techniques, social media platforms, and on-line applications
Must take criticism and changes in direction with poise and maturity – no divas or whiners or blame-placers
Must be willing and able to commit to 20 hours per week in our Cardiff office

We are looking for a Graphic Design intern to contribute to our traditional and digital marketing features. Our ideal candidate is a creative thinker, enjoys all things design, works well with a small team, loves dogs, and is willing to contribute to our rapidly expanding operations.

We work in a fast-paced environment and seek talented teammates who crave learning new skills and aren’t afraid to tackle big projects on tight deadlines. As an intern you will get to work with a variety of our staff, while working on real projects.

The Internship is an unpaid program for academic credit with the potential for extension.
